Our office is in Suite 1111 of the 901 Fifth Avenue
Building, which was formerly called the 900 Fourth Avenue Building and the Union Bank of California Center.
It is at 901 Fifth Avenue, located between Fourth and Fifth Avenues and between Madison and Marion Streets in
downtown Seattle.
Before You Arrive:
If your appointment concerns Estate Planning, we ask that you bring a completed copy of our
Estate Planning Questionnaire with you.
This will cover much of the information which is typically needed.
Also, please be aware that our building's management does not permit pets to accompany their owners
into the building. Service animals are, of course, an exception to building policy.
Parking: Entrances to the building's parking garage are on
both Marion and Madison, between Fourth and Fifth Avenues. However, due to construction surrounding the
entrance on Madison Street, it can be difficult to see when approaching. Both garage entrances usually have
two welcoming signs: one sign says 901 5th Avenue Building and the second sign says
The 5th and Madison Presentation Center. Handicap
parking is on level F of the parking garage. Please note that there may be a sign posted
which says that the garage is full. This applies only to the public parking areas, and does not affect
parking for our clients.
