Mary Anne Vance

Areas of Practice
Mary
Anne Vance focuses her practice on estate planning, trusts,
probate, and guardianship law. She has represented
a wide variety of clients, helping them organize their
estates and care for their family members.
Ms. Vance is the co-author of the Probate and
Estate Planning Chapters of Butterworth's Washington Civil Practice
Deskbook. She
has chaired and spoken at many legal seminars sponsored
by the Washington State and King County
Bar Associations. She was voted "Super Lawyer"
2007 by the readers of Washington Law and Politics
Magazine and voted one of Seattle's “Top Attorneys”
for 2007 by Seattle Magazine. Ms. Vance graduated
from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

Kenneth

law. A native of Bremerton, Washington, Ken is a graduate
of the University of Washington School of Law. Ken
joined the firm in 1989.

Terri R. Luken
Attorney
Terri R. Luken
focuses her practice on trusts, probate and guardianship administration and
litigation. A former Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the King County
Prosecutor's Office, Ms. Luken has tried numerous jury trials in Superior Court
and has argued appellate cases at both the Court of Appeals, Division One, and the
Washington Supreme Court. She has taught Continuing Legal Education seminars for the
Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys and the King County Prosecutor's Office,
and was a member of the Legal Advisory Committee for the Washington Coalition of Sexual
Assault Programs. Ms. Luken is a Seattle native and an active community volunteer with
Childhaven, the Pacific Northwest Ballet Parents' Association, and Pacific Crest School.
She is a 1989 graduate of the University of Washington School of Law.
